You would think I never do anything but work on the long-arm but that’s really not true. April just was a very productive month. This is another quilt I finished in April but haven’t shown yet. The quilt was made by Bettirae. I don’t know what pattern she used.
In the first picture you can see what my long-arm table looks like when I’m not working. It’s such a mess. I just don’t have a good place to take pictures of everyone’s quilts. We don’t have any big walls in our little fairy tale house.
Here are a couple of close-ups. The first one shows the feathered wreath in the center of the quilt. The second picture shows one of the corner areas with some of Bettirae’s silk embroidery. She added silk embroidery birds and leaves and flowers all along the outer border of the quilt. It was a pleasure to work on.

I have been working on that same quilt for 5 years. I think this is the year to finally finish the silk embroidery. We worked last week on more Yin Yang blocks, and had a great time. Unfortunately, I just can’t do more than 1 per half hour! Thanks!
