I only have two Christmas quilts. You might think I would have several, given my overabundance of Halloween quilts. But the colors of Christmas don’t excite me the way Halloween colors do.
This quilt started as a block exchange with a quilt group I once belonged to. I put my blocks together with this stripe that I cut into triangles and then pieced back into squares. It sits on the back of the futon in our den. Same room as the Christmas card globes.
Every year I wish I had a Christmas quilt to go on each of the beds in the house, but somehow I never get around to it. One of these days……
