Something new

I get so excited at the end of each work day to see what they’ve done. And today didn’t disappoint. There were a couple of guys working outside on the exterior of the house and they got a lot done. Here is our window reframed with that little side window added to the double window on the front. I love it.

It’s the rule of three working for us here. They did a great job making it look like one big window. Here is the view from the inside.

The kitchen looks so much lighter. I will take a shot of this whenever we get sun next. Given the time of year, it might be a long wait!

One guy spent his day working on the new opening between the dining room and the kitchen. That opening will be curved like all the other archways in the house. Look at this!

I can’t wait to see this when the drywall goes over it. Wow!
